Volunteer Appreciation: Bianca Clark, Defeater of Chaos

Bianca Clark has been Hope Alive!’s volunteer communications and event manager since 2022, managing our newsletters, social media accounts, website, printed materials, and special events. She has a gift for organization and immediately got to work creating structure and work processes where none existed before. From her home base in Virginia, Bianca started meeting regularly online with Caleb and other staff in Uganda to build relationships, gather stories, and request photographs so that we could better tell our donors and sponsors about the real-life impact of their support. 

Bianca has a passion for excellence and a meticulous eye for detail; we on the rest of the team will say (modestly, of course) that she has brought structure and higher quality to our communication efforts. 

Bianca has built the communication team from the ground up, and her love for Jesus and Hope Alive! shines through everything we do. Bianca has traveled to Uganda twice, where she was able to meet her Ugandan colleagues face-to-face and connect with many students and families.



She says she “deeply values Hope Alive!'s holistic approach to ministry and looks forward to volunteering with the organization for years to come,” and wow, are we thankful to hear that! We don’t know what we’d do without her!
