Financial Transparency and Accountability
Hope Alive!, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, has been awarded the gold seal from GuideStar for financial transparency. GuideStar is the world’s largest source of information about nonprofit organizations. More than 8 million visitors per year and a network of 200+ partners use GuideStar data to grow support for nonprofits.

We believe that our stewardship is in response to God’s goodness, blessings, and grace shown toward us.
We strive in the strength that God supplies to give of our time, talents, and resources faithfully and consistently as an act of worship in spirit and in truth. We recognize that all creation is placed in our trust by God. We further acknowledge that we are called to live out this response individually and in community. Consequently, Hope Alive! shall have policies which provide or state that:

- Hope Alive! shall maintain confidentiality of all information about donors and mailing list addresses. The donor or prospective donor list will not be exchanged, rented, or otherwise shared with other people or organizations.
- Gifts will only be accepted for projects or purposes which are within Hope Alive!’s objectives or have been approved by Hope Alive!.
- A restricted contribution designated to a particular approved Hope Alive! program or project will be used for the purpose for which it was given subject to certain specific situations, such as when a project is oversubscribed or terminated, in which case, Hope Alive! will have at its discretion full authority to allocate those gifts appropriately.
