Mentors are an integral part of Hope Alive! mission. Mentors not only help with school subjects, they invest their time, wisdom, and love in the sponsored child, their family, and the community the child lives in. Mentors work with the children's caregivers to encourage and strengthen the home. Hope Alive! provides training to the families and community on positive parenting, domestic violence prevention and other important topics. Hope Alive! mentors are the hands and feet of God's love, grace, and mercy reaching these children with the message of salvation, a word of encouragement, and helping build a stronger family and community for the child to learn and grow in.
