Lakurpiny Solomon
Solomon, born in 2012, is a boy of compassion, with a desire to help others. He dreams of becoming a doctor one day. Solomon enjoys playing soccer, helping around the house, and eating a meal of beans and cassava. Solomon’s father cares for a large household — his five biological children, his brother, and five additional children he has welcomed into his home. He struggles to provide for everyone’s basic needs. Both of Solomon’s parents are small-scale farmers whose education only went to primary school, yet they deeply desire a different future for their children.
