Will James Achieve His Dream of Going to University?

James’s dad was a teacher until tragedy struck, leaving him unable to work and provide financially for his family. Soon after, James joined Hope Alive! and was able to continue with his academic journey. James’s dad loved math, science, and computers and shared that love with James. His dad even managed to procure a computer for James to use at home—a true rarity in the community. With the encouragement of his dad and the help of his computer, James has excelled academically. He is truly gifted. In 2023, James received the first-ever 100% in a math course and the first-ever Division 1 score on a national exam by a student at the Koro site. James has now finished his first year of high school and has done very well. We expect big things from James, and we are excited to cheer him on!
